FAQs
Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.
Romans 12:10

We are the family of God on mission with God, and as a family we strive to honor others in all we do. We will respect and protect each other as we come together to worship, and have adapted many of our practices to support these goals. Here’s what you can expect:

Q:  What does a “touchless” service mean?
A:  We are excited to see you – but for the moment we are modifying our practices to include:

  • Greet one another with a friendly smile and wave – no handshakes or hugs out of respect for those who may be vulnerable.
  • No programs or Bible will be passed out, nor any offering baskets passed.
  • Social distancing will be practiced at our outdoor services.

Q:  Can I bring my friends?
A:  Absolutely! That’s one of the ways we live out our mission.

Q:  Do I need to wear a mask?
A:  Masks outside will be optional.  Masks will be required for anyone entering a Crossroads building to use restrooms.

Q:  Where will service be?
A:  There will be signs and people to greet you and show you how to proceed when you come on campus.

Q:  Can I stay in my car during the service?
A:  Yes.

Q:  Will there be a greeting time?
A:  No, there will be no greeting time.  While we love you and are excited to see you, we are encouraging six feet social distancing between families with no physical contact (no hugs, no fist bumps, handshakes).  Let’s not make it awkward. 🙂 Please, love one another from six feet apart.

Q:  Will there be screens for singing?
A:  No, please download the Crossroads App ahead of time to get song lyrics on your phone.

Q:  Do I need to bring a chair?
A:  Yes, you will need to bring a chair if you do not plan on remaining in your vehicle.

Q:  Will there be shaded areas?
A:  No, but feel free to bring a canopy that will be able to be setup in designated areas that will not obstruct the view of others.

Q:  Will bathrooms be available?
A:  Yes. Face coverings are required in Crossroads buildings. The bathrooms will be cleaned frequently.

Q:  How will I know if a service is cancelled?
A:  If we have to cancel due to inclement weather, we’ll send out a notification on the app or sign up for our e-mail list.
