Neglect, COVID,procrastination, depression and vandalism contribute to our inability to get a good price for my loved one's house. Please pray that my loved one's nephew steadfastly takes care of the issues involving the house and get the best price, at this point, that he can.

It is heartbreaking to know how faithfully my loved one took care of his house, what he wanted for us, and what we will now have to settle for.
