DO THIS:
MORNING TIME
Write the verse for this month in a place where the whole family can see it (fridge, family chalkboard, etc.). When you see your child in the morning, point it out to them, read it with them and encourage them to do this each morning before leaving to help them memorize it.
DRIVE TIME
While driving, tell your child to look out the window and look for the birds, trees, flowers, plants, and animals. Ask them, "If God cares for these things, don't you think He will care for you? You can trust God no matter what."
MEAL TIME
Q&A for Kids: If you were on an outdoor adventure, what three items would you depend on?
Q&A for Parents: Have you ever gotten really lost before? Was it your fault, or someone/something else's, like a map or the GPS on your phone that steered you wrong?
BED TIME
God’s promises don’t depend on us getting everything right. Jacob discovered he could trust God no matter what—even when he messed up. And the same is true for us. No matter what happens, no matter what we’ve done, we can depend on God to work it out in the end. Pray for each other, that you would trust God with the big things and the little things in your life this week.
