I have had difficulty sleeping since Memorial Day weekend. It came on all of a sudden out of nowhere. I had six straight sleepless nights, have taken every sleep aid imaginable - tea, milk, warm bath, essential oils, meditation, prayer, and still get out of bed in the morning with a burning in my eyes from not sleeping. My cognitive abilities are suffering just after 18 days of this. I have taken a couple of sleep blends that have amino acids and melatonin and sometimes they work for short periods and sometimes they don't. I need a movement of God over my brain waves - a total reset and deep restful sleep. I am calling upon my fellow church family to agree with me in prayer for a miracle.
