Steve is the founding and lead pastor of Crossroads. He also leads a18movement, a non-profit dedicated catalyzing church plants globally. Steve is the author of two books: The Church in Many Houses and Hear it, See it, Risk it. He coaches pastors and church planters in the United States and Western Europe. He enjoys running, playing classical piano, and all Pittsburgh sports.
Steve is a graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary (M. Div) and United Theological Seminary (D. Min).
Steve and his wife, Linda, have three grown sons, three daughters-in-love, and three grandchildren.
East Liberty Region Pastor
Jonathan serves as the Regional Pastor of Crossroads Church in East Liberty where he lives with his wife, Anika, and their fur baby, Daisy the chihuahua. After college, Jonathan lived in Pittsburgh working as a musician when he struck up friendships with other Christians and felt drawn to follow Jesus. He became the worship director at Crossroads East Liberty before accepting the call as the pastor there in 2014. Jonathan loves all things Pittsburgh and spends the majority of his time thinking or talking about food, music and Jesus.
Cranberry Region Pastor
Mike serves as the Regional Pastor of Crossroads Cranberry. He joined the Crossroads staff in 2010 and also serves as the Pittsburgh area director of the Christian Business Men’s Connection. He enjoys working out, the outdoors, and spending time with his family. He and his wife Rachelle, have two teenage daughters who play competitive volleyball.
Mike is a graduate of Taylor University (B.A. Christian Education) and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (MAR).
Mike’s mission is to see all things made new through the power of Jesus Christ.
Weirton Region Pastor
Rachel serves as the Regional Pastor of Crossroads Weirton. Rachel’s family, her husband, and two children, first visited Crossroads in 2013 as unbelievers. Within a few weeks of attending weekend worship services, Rachel gave her life to Christ and shortly after, jumped into the Equipping Track classes. Rachel first began serving in Kidzone and was part of the launch team of the new Crossroads Campus in Weirton. As the Weirton Campus grew, so did Rachel as she served at various roles, from Life Group Leader and First Place 4 Health Leader to Equipping Track Director and Assistant Campus Pastor. Rachel has been director of The Encounter Retreat for all of Crossroads since 2017. Rachel stepped into the role of Regional Pastor June of 2019.
Rachel’s mission from God is to help believers and unbelievers have a personal encounter with God.
Boyce Road Region Pastor
Shawn is the Regional Pastor of Crossroads Boyce Road. He moved to Pittsburgh and to Crossroads in 2015 with his wife Holli to serve as the Student Ministry Director. Before moving, Shawn served at St. Francis University working with students in Residence Life, offering faith-based housing, leading a Sunday Non-Denominational service as well as student groups on domestic and international service trips. Since arriving in the “Burgh,” Shawn’s family has grown to include their dog Fynn (a regular in most message illustrations) and their daughter Ruthie. Shawn stepped into the role of Regional Pastor in March of 2018 and completed his Master of Divinity from United Theological Seminary in 2020. He is passionate about all things outdoors; hiking, camping, mountain biking, and running. He also enjoys playing guitar and weightlifting.
