
Steve Cordle
Lead Pastor
Steve is the founding and lead pastor of Crossroads. He also leads The River Network, a non-profit dedicated to catalyzing church plants globally. Steve is the author of three books: The Church in Many Houses, Hear it, See it, Risk it, and A Jesus-Shaped Life. He coaches pastors and church planters around the world. He enjoys running, playing classical piano, and all Pittsburgh sports.
Steve is a graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary (M. Div) and United Theological Seminary (D. Min).
Steve and his wife, Linda, have three grown sons, three daughters-in-love, and four grandchildren.

Christy Gibas
Pittsburgh West Region Pastor / Executive Pastor
Christy serves as the Region Pastor of Crossroads Pittsburgh West. She joined the Crossroads team in 2015 as the Region Pastor of Crossroads Ohio Valley. Her passions include helping people hear and obey God as well as equipping and activating people to live in to their purpose. Along with leading a team to grow a network of life groups, she launched a disciple making community in the fall of 2021 called Movement Makers. She loves writing, planting flowers, and her dog, Henry. Of all the roles Christy enjoys, wife to Frank and mom to Olivia are her favorites!

Jonathan Cordle
Pastor of Adult Life
Jonathan serves as Pastor of Adult Life at Pittsburgh West and lives with his wife, Anika, son Ezekial, and their fur baby, Daisy the chihuahua. After college, Jonathan lived in Pittsburgh working as a musician when he struck up friendships with other Christians and felt drawn to follow Jesus. He became the worship director at Crossroads Pittsburgh City before accepting the call as the pastor there in 2014 and then moved into role of Pastor of Adult Life in 2021. Jonathan loves all things Pittsburgh and spends the majority of his time thinking or talking about food, music and Jesus.

Shawn Lehman
Pittsburgh South Region Pastor
Shawn is the Region Pastor of Crossroads Pittsburgh South. He moved to Pittsburgh and to Crossroads in 2015 with his wife Holli to serve as the Student Ministry Director. Before moving, Shawn served at St. Francis University working with students in Residence Life, offering faith-based housing, leading a Sunday Non-Denominational service as well as student groups on domestic and international service trips. Since arriving in the “Burgh,” Shawn’s family has grown to include their dog Fynn (a regular in most message illustrations) and their daughters Ruthie and Emma. Shawn stepped into the role of Region Pastor in March of 2018 and completed his Master of Divinity from United Theological Seminary in 2020. He is passionate about all things outdoors; hiking, camping, mountain biking, and running. He also enjoys playing guitar and weightlifting.

Andrew Belko
Pittsburgh North Region Pastor
Andrew serves as the Region Pastor of Crossroads Pittsburgh North. He has attended Crossroads from the time he was a toddler until currently as an adult. In 2019, Andrew joined the Crossroads staff as the Preaching Coordinator for the Student Ministry. He later was called to serve as the Assistant Ohio Valley Region Pastor in early 2020, and served in that role until he became the Region Pastor of Ohio Valley in July of 2021. Coffee, sports, and Jesus are among Andrew’s greatest loves in life (but not in that order). He also enjoys reading, making music, and vacationing to warm climates – nothing against you, Pittsburgh. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (B.S. Psychology) and is currently working towards his Master of Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary. Andrew married Madison in 2022.

Jordan Grogan
Operations Director
Jordan serves as Crossroads’ Operations Director. A Crossroads Preschool Class of 2000 Graduate 😜, Jordan grew up at Crossroads. Jordan leads our central services administration, finance, and communications teams. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (B.S. Computer Science & Business). Jordan married his wife, Sarah, during the height of the pandemic, and they live with their cat, Keegan (who frequently appears on Zoom calls).
