Can I schedule recurring gifts?
Yes, you can specify whether you want your contribution made one time or recurring.
Will I still receive a contribution statement?
Yes, we will email or mail your year-end giving statement, or you may view your account online at any time.
What if I need to change credit card information, transaction date, or the amount of a contribution?
You can edit or delete a scheduled contribution at any time, including the credit card, bank account information, frequency and amount by simply accessing your private account online.
Is online giving secure?
Are there any fees when I give online?
There are no donor fees when you give online, but if you’d like to cover the church’s processing costs, there is a checkbox that would allow you to cover those costs to ensure 100% of the gift goes to Crossroads.
