I would ask that you please keep a family in prayer who recently lost their child after a long history of addiction. A family member of mine has been asked to take part in a portion of the service. Please pray for strength and the words that God would have my family member speak to flow. When we got the news, it was crushing, especially after trying to invest in the individual, and knowing the family personally. Please pray against any attacks that the enemy may try to use to render this family hopeless and free from all of the "What if I would haves..." "I should haves...", etc. that would rob people of their peace and movement of God in their lives. Please pray that this family would be continuously open to God instead of closed to God in light of this devastating event. Thank you.
